Bryan Moser did an excellent job working with us. I had an issue come up with another vehicle, and Bryan made sure my car got finished in time so we did not miss our daughters soccer game. Brian Moser was helpful and polite. However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. The waiting area in service is shamefu However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. The waiting area in service is shameful for Crown Mercedes’. I asked for my car washed and it was driven thru the wash and the windows were full of water spots Brian did a fine job so it’s no reflection on him, he was very pleasant to work with. This was my first experience with service and I was disappointed. I understand good help is hard to find so don’t let this affect Brian’s review as I feel he was overly busy that day and all other cubicles were empty. I saw no evidence of sanitization in my car, what was I to expect? There was no paper on the floor or whatever. That question was asked in the survey. More

They just sanded down my headlamp covers on my ‘09 SLK and got rid of all the fogginess. They look brand new. Thanks everyone at Crown Mercedes. More

This was my first experience with Crown and I am very happy with the results. Brought my Benz in for repairs and Bryan Moser was very helpful.
