Biggest frauds BEWARE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. I have ever seen. My wife brought her car in fr an oil change during inspection they sent her A set of pictures and a bill for over $830 for what t I have ever seen. My wife brought her car in fr an oil change during inspection they sent her A set of pictures and a bill for over $830 for what they called rodent damage to the exterior rubber on a battery harness wasn’t really 100% sure why the bill was so much declined the work picked up the car and asked for an estimate so that we could see what the charges were for because all it told us was 830 some odd dollars well when she got her estimate it contained no parts numbers just to charge for over $460 for the part and 2 1/2 hours of labor at almost $365 totaling $832 and some change she was was made to wait for the estimate as apparently the service writer let her know that he was new didn’t like their systems and was used to CDK not really something you need to share with a client but nonetheless she sat there and waited and she could not get an itemized bill, a breakdown of what it needed apart ID number or anything so she left we took the vehicle to another shop that informed us showed us actually online that directly from Kia the part that they wanted to charge over $400 for had a cost from Kia of $85.93 The guy replaced the part in 14 minutes. It was three bolts and a snapping and showed me in the book where it calls for .4 hours. I am turning all of this documentation over to the Arizona Attorney General‘s office for inspection. This is 110% fraud is things that I would consider everybody in the public should know and I would hope that the attorney general‘s office comes in and shuts them down because there’s somebody sitting in an office somewhere telling people to do this. This guy’s been there for a very short period of time and was probably told this is what you’re gonna charge for this or maybe not maybe he was 100% a scammer himself and the dealership doesn’t know anything about it I don’t really care. I don’t care if it was a man a woman, a kid an elderly person nobody should be charged eight times what somebody else would do it for and that included the part I am looking into how to contact Kia corporate about this because the vehicle was under factory warranty. I understand if it was rodent damage that wouldn’t necessarily be covered, but at this point, I don’t trust them as far as I could throw them and I’m willing to bet this is not the first second third or 20th time they’ve done this to somebody they had this down they had a script. They knew what to say how to say, and when to say it, they declined, giving a printed out receipt with a breakdown of costs that were declined. I have never taken my car to a dealership, let alone a factory store and not received a complete print out with Van miles and breakdown of charges for items I did purchase and recommended items in the cost of those items, but in the end when they handed her something that looked like it should’ve been printed on a Excel spreadsheet and not an actual RO from a real service department for a ““ factory store is ridiculous. They tried to take advantage of her as a woman and realistically at one point they had even mentioned that it was a must fix. Have to do it know if sands or butts because it was dangerous now everybody has their opinion and that’s fine but when you use words like that and then charge somebody as much as they tried to charge her and us it’s repugnant. I truly hope that this goes to 1 million people and nobody ever has a situation like this and if you paid for a very large service bill from them, you might want to check it out have a second opinion and make sure that they didn’t take advantage of you like they try to take advantage of us if there was a way to give zero stars, I would realistically I hope that I can get one of those news channels to come in with their fake cars and the little old ladies and they can catch these guys on film doing what they did to my wife! And though I noticed, you’ve never responded to any of your poor reviews on Dealer Rater please do not rea More

I spoke with multiple employees to set a 9am service appointment for the following day. Upon arrival the service manager told me I did not have an appointment he laughed and said “maybe next Saturday bu appointment for the following day. Upon arrival the service manager told me I did not have an appointment he laughed and said “maybe next Saturday but not today” to which I showed him an automated text that confirmed my 9am appointment. Instead of them honoring the scheduled appointment that I showed up on time for and had scheduled with two different employees having knowledge of the appointment I had to call another dealership and to drive there and wait since I didn’t have an appointment at the other dealership. The other dealership was at least willing to treat me with some respect and they took my car back for an oil change as soon as their scheduled appointments were done ahead of me. More

Courtesy Kia is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Yesterday we were contacted by a salesperson that told us he had a new Kia Soul that just came in and wanted to know if we were still inter been to. Yesterday we were contacted by a salesperson that told us he had a new Kia Soul that just came in and wanted to know if we were still interested. We told him we were and went to Courtesy Kia later that day. After 4 hours of back and forth we finally arrived at an agreement. As we started to close out the sale the finance manager told us something strange. He advised us that "Kia no longer offers any bumper-to-bumper warranties" and continued by telling us that "Kia will use what they call the environment clause if you have issues as soon as you drive off the lot". Not knowing what the "environment clause" was we asked. The representative advised us, "because we live in Arizona and because of the heat, Kia will use the environment clause to keep from paying for any former warranty issue" he continued "if you live in Alaska they will use the environment clause to protect them from warranty costs because of the cold". I asked so do they offer any warranty anymore? The representative told me "NO". We got up and left. Stay away from Kia or you will be sorry I promise you. More

I never leave reviews and did not want to leave this one. Been trying for almost 2 weeks to get the GM to return my emails, but nothing. I purchased my Kia EV6 back in early March. Had to wait for a part Been trying for almost 2 weeks to get the GM to return my emails, but nothing. I purchased my Kia EV6 back in early March. Had to wait for a part for almost 3 weeks so I could take delivery. Inconvenient, but got through it. Finally picked up my EV6 on April 1st. Had to have vehicle towed to dealership on April 3rd because the electrical system died. Now, that part will not be in until May 15th. I will have had made 2 payments by the time I get my car again. Was only able to drive it for 1 day (approximately 50 miles). They did offer to return my trade in and void the sale, but I bought a brand new car for a reason and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect it to be in tip top shape (or at a minimum driveable). Mike and Billy have really been the only bright spots in this whole ordeal. Mike and Billy get 5 stars. Unfortunately 1 star is as low as I can go on here for the GM and communication. More

We decided to look at the EV6 and approached Courtesy Kia. The problem is the first sales person wrote down $5900 next to the invoice price and told us if we signed an order it would not go away. He ca Kia. The problem is the first sales person wrote down $5900 next to the invoice price and told us if we signed an order it would not go away. He called it a "marketplace adjustment" but never explained exactly what it was. The next salesperson circled the invoice price and made me sign next to it to confirm the order. He wrote $5900 under my signature but again never explained what it was. The sales manager came over and introduced himself but again never explain what the $5900 was for. I called to confirm the $5900 was a discount off the invoice, it wasn't. I canceled the order with the general manager after he offered me a 3.3% discount. If this dealership was honest, they would explain the $5900 is additional dealer profit and put it on the invoice as such. Because of high demand, the KIA dealers can get more profit and not discount the EV6 but add additional profit. I understand this approach but will not do business with a KIA dealership that is dishonest and unprofessional. They are obviously afraid and embarrassed to discuss this subject. This approach to pricing brings the KIA EV6 to over the price of a Tesla Model 3. My purchase decision was made easy by my interaction with Courtesy Kia. More
