We were able to find an agreeable middle-ground in negotiations that worked well for us. Follow-up conversations with Rick have been excellent so far and he has continued to be very helpful. That is very refreshing! I’ve dealt with Airpark on service and recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 and was pleased overall with that experience. Initial was with Bryan on response to the CarGurus add and Rick picked it up from there. I added auto steps included in the deal and already heard from Tony the following morning.
