Airpark has always provided excellent service on all my vehicles. They are professional and take their time to explain the issues. They also do the repairs in a timely fashion- often ahead of time. I have vehicles. They are professional and take their time to explain the issues. They also do the repairs in a timely fashion- often ahead of time. I have been to other Jeep dealers in the Valley and from those experience I realize what great service department Airpark has and will continue to bring my vehicles to them. It is such a great feeling to actually speak with a person about your vehicle. They will always have my business. More

I was really happy with the deal we got and that they were willing to work with us to make it happen. The paperwork at the end had several typos including our street address and phone numbers so the atte were willing to work with us to make it happen. The paperwork at the end had several typos including our street address and phone numbers so the attention to detail is majorly lacking. We also had an issue with our vehicle making a Darth Vader noise when the ac was on which we notified them immediately of after purchasing. Unfortunately since it isn’t considered a safety issue and all the paperwork was signed nothing could be done and it’s my problem now. More

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience purchasing my new Jeep. After negotiating a price, shaking hands and signing some preliminary paperwork I was asked to wait in the lobby for financin purchasing my new Jeep. After negotiating a price, shaking hands and signing some preliminary paperwork I was asked to wait in the lobby for financing and final paperwork. As I sat waiting for 45, I happily texted friends and family about my new Jeep. Then everything went downhill. The manger came over and said he had been using the wrong numbers to negotiate. He had given me a price for a 2024 not a 2025. Even though the paperwork said 2025 and never was a 2024 wrangler sport discussed. He said he would not honor his original deal and now the price would be considerably more. $11,000 to be exact. How could this be after we shook hands, and signed papers?! I felt like it was a bait and switch. Long story short, we eventually agreed upon a price that was higher than the original. It put a dark cloud over what should have been an exciting day. More
