My intent was to drop my vehicle off, get a loaner, and return once my vehicle was fixed. (I even asked for a loaner in my online appointment booking and called that morning to make sure a loaner would be return once my vehicle was fixed. It took them a long time to let me know what was going on. I would have appreciated a little more consideration. I did not want to waste over 2 hours of my day there but ended up doing it anyway. Not a great experience. I came back the next day and my car was ready and it drives great now. More
