the service work is good, the waiting area is great, the waiting time for me has been way too long. I have no problem with the dealership. My problem is with Subaru. I brought my 2024 crosstrek in for an annual state inspection. My car has 19400 miles on it. I called customer service. They refused to help me in anyway. I will be getting rid of my subaru and going to a completely different retailer. This was my 5th and last subaru. This is unacceptable customer service! More
