I wouldnt do business with any other dealership, as Ive been with them since 2017 and they have helped me find a great car for my budget everytime. I knew what I was looking for and Randy Carson was super been with them since 2017 and they have helped me find a great car for my budget everytime. Overall the dealership personal are very good. Mr. Hastings and the other service advisors have been very courteous. My only complaint has to do with the AI appointment system that has been implem Mr. Hastings and the other service advisors have been very courteous. My only complaint has to do with the AI appointment system that has been implemented. First, when I call to make an appointment I want to speak with a person not a computer. Second, the computer in question did NOT KNOW THE CORRECT DAY AND DATE. I wanted to make an appointment for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It tried to tell me Thursday was March 27th, 2026. I would rather wait on hold for a short time than have to deal with a computer with delusions of grandeur. Alternately, scheduling online is a preferable method provided the system is user friendly. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Subaru dealership and the very caring and thorough support by Mr. Hastings. He was able to describe what materials needed and the application of the Subaru dealership and the very caring and thorough support by Mr. Hastings. He was able to describe what materials needed and the application of the parts. He also met the deadline for the work on my Nissan. I have a problem with the Air Condtioner that seems to be assembled incorrectly and I would like to have the dealership to look at it. I will call tomorrow for an inspection. The cost was extremely high and the cost exceeded the quote More

Always pleasant to deal with. Bryan and staff member took the time to explain if installation of new tire, provided as a courtesy, would effect the performance of the "older" 3 ti Bryan and staff member took the time to explain if installation of new tire, provided as a courtesy, would effect the performance of the "older" 3 tires. Went for a short trip afterward and found psi's of 4 tires were uneven. I went back to Subaru. within an hour. Bryan came out immediately when he saw I was back. I explained the psi situation and he immediately had a service dept. staff member even out the psi's of the 4 tires. Very customer-oriented and professional. Looking forward to coming back for my (the car's) 6 month checkup in June. More
