My only complaint has to do with the AI appointment system that has been implemented. First, when I call to make an appointment I want to speak with a person not a computer. Second, the computer in question did NOT KNOW THE CORRECT DAY AND DATE. I wanted to make an appointment for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It tried to tell me Thursday was March 27th, 2026. I would rather wait on hold for a short time than have to deal with a computer with delusions of grandeur. Alternately, scheduling online is a preferable method provided the system is user friendly. Always pleasant to deal with.
