Review of Bryan Harrison and Jessica Drown. I h ave dreaded shopping for a car in the past, and was not looking forward to this venture. I met Bryan Harrison and found him to be warm, patient an I h ave dreaded shopping for a car in the past, and was not looking forward to this venture. I met Bryan Harrison and found him to be warm, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was not pushy. I found the car I liked and we arrived at a purchase price that suited me. He helped the whole way through. I worked with Jessica Drown on the financial part. She was so helpful and patient with me and explained everything. She made the difficult but ever so important part actually pleasurable. Overall, a very good experience. More

Bryan Harrison is a great salesman! I went to several dealerships and worked with several sales people to get a great car at a fair price. Bryan Harrison was the best. He was more knowle I went to several dealerships and worked with several sales people to get a great car at a fair price. Bryan Harrison was the best. He was more knowledgeable about the 2018 Camry than anyone else, and went out of his way to answer my questions and find me the right car. He didn't use the high pressure approach which I really don't like. This is the best Toyota dealership in the Raleigh/Durham area, and Bryan is someone I'll go to again when I need a car, and I will send my friends to him as well. More

Direct and to the point I enjoyed working with Bryan in turning in my current lease for a new lease on a RAV4. I knew what I wanted to pay a month and was able to achieve thi I enjoyed working with Bryan in turning in my current lease for a new lease on a RAV4. There are some things that need improvement. The salesman (Bryan Henderson) was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he did what he could do. Larry Picket of the finance Department is another story. He was polite, very enthusiastic and knew his trade. I believe the problem is management of Fred Anderson Toyota. We were in Larry's office for over 3 hours listing and trying to understand all that was said, We got to his office around 8:30 PM. Finally around 11:30 I said I will sign the Gap insurance and the loan Papers. Then I will come back tomorrow and review &* sign the other options I was considering. I was told everything had to be signed now. The offers being made were only good that evening. I said this is a deal breaker. His program is too long. It is late and we've got over 1 hours trip to get home. We've been here since 4PM, No Dinner and I can't think straight. Finally I said, Lets get this over with. If you are telling me I can cancel all the additional items anytime, lets sign the papers. Just understand I may cancel one or more of the additional items. We got home after 1 am in the morning. The Business office is way too long, It is very confusing and it appears that I was being strong armed to purchase additional items without understanding them completely. I do not understand why I could not have purchased these items the following day. This is not right.. More
