This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had. I met Bryan by chance, as he was the sales-person who walked out to the lot as I was browsing. He was very helpful in explaining the features and finding the model on the lot that met my interest. I had done my homework, so I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Bryan was easy to work with and we arrived at an agreement on price WITHOUT the usual car dealer tricks and games that I've seen at other dealerships. I dealt with Stephanie Johns in the business office and she was really good also. I plan to get a Highlander for my wife later this year. I will definitely buy it from Bryan. More
