Antoine in sales was amazing throughout the entirety of the purchasing process, and Ethan in sales was soooo helpful in assisting me later on with information I was needing! Thank you so much Ethan! Eric in finance was very efficient and very personable, and the parts and service department is, literally and figuratively, a well oiled machine as a whole with a great leader! Tyler, leading the parts and service department, was very helpful when I had questions regarding services included within my purchase, and took the time to explain everything in depth to my level of understanding. They’re doing an amazing job from what I’ve seen thus far! Will definitely continue to utilize this dealership for not only service on my recently purchased K5, but also for future purchases as well. Never got to make a deal because the transparency was just not there. Initial quotes received were LOADED with Extra's that I didn't need or want. They refused to remove them, but was going to discount just not there. Initial quotes received were LOADED with Extra's that I didn't need or want. They refused to remove them, but was going to discount them and charge me anyway for items I made clear were not needed or wanted. Gee thanks, were were going to profit from these add-ons no matter what is the real meaning here. Promises made of getting back to me with the best price because "we want to EARN your business" were broken. Sales Manager was either too busy to assist or didnt care enough to get involved, although the automated emails always come through saying how much they want to earn your business. Buyer Beware!! You shouldnt have to pay for something you don't need/want even if made to beLIEve that they will discount it, no worries.. Glad I didn't succumb to the xx while they hide behind new, young, impressionable sales recruits to spew their cons for them. Pathetic. More
