I wasn't sure how this was going to work in covid-19 era. Everyone was following physical distancing protocols but we were still able to go inside the vehicles we were interested in which had been cleaned. On Thursday I drove home with the truck I wanted, but not the one I originally built. Jon and Bryan were fantastic. They were patient, explained all of the options and what everything meant (this was my first truck purchase), and it could not have gone smoother. The financial aspect took maybe one total hour of work, over an afternoon. Megan called me first, got everything together, the contract was delivered to my house, I signed online and paper...I still can't believe how fast and smooth everything was. I drove home with the truck five hours after talking to the Megan in finance, unbelievable. More
