Fast, efficient, fantastic I built my truck on Toyota's website on Sunday afternoon and submitted a quote request; less than 24 hours later we were talking about various options I built my truck on Toyota's website on Sunday afternoon and submitted a quote request; less than 24 hours later we were talking about various options on the phone and via email. On Thursday I drove home with the truck I wanted, but not the one I originally built. Jon and Bryan were fantastic. They were patient, explained all of the options and what everything meant (this was my first truck purchase), and it could not have gone smoother. The financial aspect took maybe one total hour of work, over an afternoon. Megan called me first, got everything together, the contract was delivered to my house, I signed online and paper...I still can't believe how fast and smooth everything was. I drove home with the truck five hours after talking to the Megan in finance, unbelievable. More
