Day one, the truck we wanted to see was at another facility, but he walked us through the Carfax and helped us figure out the financial side. with. My experience with Heritage Toyota and in particular my salesman, Herb Drawbaugh was exceptional. I was worried initially because I was coming from out of state, And in the past not every car purchase with salesman, Herb Drawbaugh was exceptional. The big key for me was that the sales team kept their word, honored their pricing, and delivered to me an outstanding vehicle in a professional manner. With the exception of a promotional visa card which I have not yet received which I am viewing as in clerical error at this point, my purchase was perfect. I'd like to thank the sales, management, and finance teams. I'll see you when my wife is ready to buy her Toyota Venza. I can't believe that I just made my local Toyota dealer a 4 hour drive each way. Lol Lastly, some notable mentions: Bryan Deguzman. Thanks for getting me started. I got a great deal. If anyone in the public is reading this, start with Bryan 1st then have him connect you with Herb that was my recipe for success. But Fred layed it out, spelled it out, and made it make sense and work for me. All with zero pressure. This time I said yes to stuff because it actually made sense for my particular circumatances.
