I'm not a fan of pushy sales people. I was treated with respect and greeted warmly. The only thing I wish is that the actual car I came in for was presented to me instead of 4 others tha I was treated with respect and greeted warmly. Dear Sir, Hope you are doing fine ! My name is Sourav Sinha, and I recently purchased a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from your dealership on November 2nd, 2024. Unfortunately, my experien My name is Sourav Sinha, and I recently purchased a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from your dealership on November 2nd, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am compelled to formally express my dissatisfaction with the entire process, from purchase to post-sale support. Delivery Issues: Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically requested that the vehicle be dropped off at my location. Your finance team member, Bryan Cooney, assured me this would be taken care of by coordinating with the service team. However, after the paperwork was signed, I was left to arrange the delivery myself. I ended up requesting your sales team member (Alex Pavlin) , to drop off the car and I had to personally pay for his transportation back to the dealership. This lack of coordination and the dismissive attitude from Bryan, who later stated it was not his responsibility, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Paperwork Errors: Shortly after the purchase, I was informed by your team that the paperwork I had signed included incorrect figures, and I was asked to pay an additional $2,000 due to the mistake from the finance team. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect your dealership to ensure the accuracy of all documentation before finalizing a sale. Car Issues: Less than 24 hours after the purchase, the vehicle displayed a "Check Engine" light. When I reached out to your dealership, I was told that since the car is under the manufacturer’s warranty, I needed to resolve this issue with Jeep’s service team. Upon consulting the Jeep service center, I was informed that the issue causing the "Check Engine" light existed prior to my purchase and had likely been erased before. This information was deeply concerning and made me feel misled, as the listing on your website did not disclose any prior issues with the vehicle. Current Status: The car has now been at the Jeep service center for over 14 days and remains unresolved. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, anxiety, and frustration. The lack of transparency and accountability from a dealership of your reputation is both shocking and disappointing. I feel deceived by this entire process, and I would like to discuss potential options to return the car. I have all the paperwork from the Jeep service center to substantiate my claims and can provide scanned copies upon request. Please let me know if any additional documents are needed.
