Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the Civic Type R—he walked me through all the specs and features in detail, patiently answering every question I had. I had done some research beforehand, but Chris really helped me understand how the new model takes the already impressive Civic to a whole new level. From the turbocharged engine to the upgraded suspension and those gorgeous sporty design elements, it’s everything I was looking for in a car. What really stood out, though, was Chris’s laid-back yet professional approach. He didn’t pressure me at all, just made sure I had all the information I needed and gave me plenty of space to make a decision.
