Winter to Summer / Rims and Tires Scheduled to have Winter wheels and tires removed and Summer Wheels and Tires installed. Met with great attitudes and friendliness with entire team Scheduled to have Winter wheels and tires removed and Summer Wheels and Tires installed. Met with great attitudes and friendliness with entire team through visit, inspection found needed sensor alignment; team did best can do for pricing for this un planned service and completed the 30K maintenance + added the complete in/out detail = NEW CAR again! Thanks Team; Wifie-Pooh loves the ride and is happy happy happy. More

The service person that I worked with was friendly and professional. But transparency of what I was paying for was lacking at initial conversation. I didn’t know work was going to be done on my car right professional. But transparency of what I was paying for was lacking at initial conversation. I didn’t know work was going to be done on my car right after I left the dealership. I thought I would receive a phone call asking for approval after a tech looked at it. We did come to an agreement at the end but I would like a statement showing all details and costs associated at initial review. More
