Tire change took 3 days. I hope the service department finds some means of improving their performance with this review. I found a screw in the rear tire of my RS5 sportback. I hope the service department finds some means of improving their performance with this review. I found a screw in the rear tire of my RS5 sportback. A new tire was ordered on Friday. I was told it would be in on Monday. I called on Tuesday to see if it was done. No call was returned. I was called Wednesday when it was discovered by the service advisor that my car was done after all. So it took 3 days to change a tire... When I picked up the car, the new tire was covered with a white powder. I'd expect a new tire to look new especially when it cost $450. During this service call, I also requested that the Homelink system be programmed since it cannot be done by the owner because of some frequency interference with the lane change alert system or the like. (Brilliant engineering, but I digress) This was the second attempt and it still didn't work. And to top it all off, I received an e-mail with a video of my service that played an annoying white noise frequency with no video. I'm not sure why the service department sent this nonsensical video, but it reflects on the overall service quality. Finally, I responded to the the service advisor by e-mail to relate my concerns (as instructed at the time of picking up my car...you know, "If you aren't completely satisfied with your service, talk to me before you fill out a survey, blah blah blah" No response. More

My Audi needed service because of time rather than mileage. Excellent help from service manager and mechanic. Pick up and delivery from my home greatly appreciated in this time of COVID-19.
