Continued Fantastic Service!! 10 years plus of fantastic service! We have never had an unfavorable experience, They are kind, accommodating, explain everything so very well. The 10 years plus of fantastic service! We have never had an unfavorable experience, They are kind, accommodating, explain everything so very well. They have a new feature which is great. They send you a video of your car - showing the tires (and how much wear is left on them), the brakes, the undercarriage, the exhaust and general view - while the technician is talking and explaining what he is seeing. Texts are sent letting you know what is going on and when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. There have never been any surprises with the final bill as all was explained prior to service. If any other service/repairs are needed - they contact you and obtain your permission. We drive 3.5 hours for this great service. There are two other dealerships closer, however we prefer Lithia Audi - as none can compare to their service. Yesterday someone asked me where I got my Audi serviced - told them about Lithia - he was going to look them up. Thank you for the continued great service!! (We have four Audi's that we bring here for service.) More

I feel I was over charged on labor amount. On March 20th. I was charged $160.00 for labor to mount and balance 4 new tires. Weights and stems were extra.
