The service of an oil change was done quickly. The video of the cars belly was really a nice feature. I could actually see the parts and how they were performing. No high pressure to do other services fro of the cars belly was really a nice feature. I could actually see the parts and how they were performing. Service advisor boarderline rude and even basically called me a liar stating I didn’t mentioned a primary problem I had been having despite That was 50% of why I wanted the cars alignment done. Left having an Audi 3 years ago partially due to the service at your dealership and was once again reminded why I’ll be using another shop or even driving to KC or Chicago if I need a dealership visit. Courteous, efficient, and well done. This was my first service visit to Audi DSM for my new A4. What blew me away was the text message from the technician, Jared Schultz, which had a lin This was my first service visit to Audi DSM for my new A4. What blew me away was the text message from the technician, Jared Schultz, which had a link to a video of his inspection of my car, and a second text which had the vehicle inspection report. Amazing. This was also communicated to me via e-mail. Bryan did a great job checking the car in, communicating with me during the service, and letting me know when the car was ready to be picked up. Very professional. More
