My car came out having more / different problems than I arrived with, after getting my car back within a week I have more electrical problems and sensor problems. The problem I originally came in for was electrical in nature. That was fixed but within a week I have now had SEVERAL more problems most likely related to the original work done on the veihicle. Very unprofessional. Staff acted as though I was inconveniencing them. Sales team was loud and unprofessional. I leased a 2019 Jetta which went in for two scheduled maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in at approximately 18,000 miles they told my son the scheduled maintenance would have to be paid for. Although I had paid it and had the written record. At 26,099 miles rear tires are cupped. Meaning ruined. Meaning I have to buy new tires at $500+ More
