Skip is a great service advisor. Inability to have loaner cars available is disconcerting and frustrating, although staff there very nice and accommodating within their means. Here’s the issue … three month old car brought in for service due to speaker grille rattling type noise. Tech notes indicate that reported concern could not be duplicated. However, as soon as I left the dealership the rattling continued. It was never fixed. More
