I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Largo Honda, particularly with the financial department. I recently completed the lease buyout process for my Honda Civic 2022 Hatchback, but the dealershi Honda, particularly with the financial department. I recently completed the lease buyout process for my Honda Civic 2022 Hatchback, but the dealership has failed to make the necessary payment to the leasing company. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including direct communication with Claudia, the sales representative; Bruno, the sales manager; and Edwin in finance, I have seen no progress. The leasing company informed me that neither they nor I can take any further action until Largo Honda completes the payment. This delay has resulted in a missed payment being reported to the credit bureaus, causing a significant drop in my credit score. The lack of communication and accountability from the financial department is unacceptable. I was promised timely service, but instead, I have faced unnecessary delays and financial repercussions. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more professional approach to handling such important transactions. I urge Largo Honda to address this matter immediately and ensure that no other customers have to endure the same frustrating experience. Until then, I cannot recommend their services and advise others to proceed with caution. More

I purchased a used 2023 Lexus IS500 from Largo Honda on January 20, 2024. My experience with Largo Honda has been marked by disappointment and frustration, highlighting significant concerns regarding trans January 20, 2024. From the outset, issues surfaced during the test drive, notably a malfunctioning paddle shifter and concerning signs of rust beneath the paint on the rear quarter panel. Despite these concerns, I was reassured by a dealership employee, who happened to be the former owner of the car, that these issues would be covered under Lexus warranty, as he claimed to have received prior approval from Lexus. However, subsequent visits to the Lexus dealership uncovered troubling facts: the car had been extensively modified before it was traded in, effectively voiding warranty coverage for the malfunctioning paddle shifter. Additionally, the previous owner's promises about warranty approvals for rust were entirely false; Lexus denied coverage, attributing the rust issue to poor prior bodywork during the previous owner's possession. My attempts to resolve these issues with Largo Honda were met with minimal cooperation and, at times, unprofessional handling. When repairs were eventually attempted, they were entrusted to a third-party body shop, resulting in subpar work and even abuse of my vehicle. Additionally, the clean Carfax I was shown during the purchase process now indicates prior body damage that occurred before I took ownership. Given the misleading information provided at the time of purchase and the mishandling of subsequent issues, I am left deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Largo Honda. I request to undo the purchase and receive a full refund, as I believe I was sold a vehicle under false pretenses and subjected to inadequate post-purchase support. More
