Long Cadillac was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were all friendly, helpful and what a classy dealership. Darryl Dudyak helped make the decision to buy a new to me car so easy. Not impressed at all with the final sales. They didn’t call back as promised. I had to call for updates on my registration. When I asked why they didn’t call back, they said in a text they wer They didn’t call back as promised. I had to call for updates on my registration. When I asked why they didn’t call back, they said in a text they were busy with customers!!!!!! Really I’m a customer. They got the check and didn’t give a care about finishing the deal. Never again will I do business there. It’s got to be the worst sales manager I’ve ever had. More
