We bought the car we wanted, but it was not a pleasant experience. We were at the dealership for six hours. Our salesperson was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful. He kept leaving us, he kept makin experience. We were at the dealership for six hours. Our salesperson was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful. He kept leaving us, he kept making excuses and after 5 hours and having a deal we said we would come back tomorrow to close the deal. The Finance Manager came out and said they would finish in 10 minutes if we would stay; we did and it was another hour and 5 minutes! We were given incorrect information about our finance company, first payment due date, we were not told the interest rate and so much more. None of the features of the car were explained and they did a horrible job on the detailing. More

I had a bad experience buying a used car from this dealership. Some issues started when I first found the car on Cars.com I was called about the car. The car had just been received and they were not w dealership. Some issues started when I first found the car on Cars.com I was called about the car. The car had just been received and they were not willing to do any negotiations on the price. Which is understandable. They also said that they would not be able to honor the price online and that the normal price is something like $1000 more or something. We were unable to come to an agreement on a final price. I asked for a email that contained the best price they could do with a price breakdown however, I never received any email with this number. Fast-forward two weeks. I spoke again and we were able to come to an agreement on a number. This dealership is almost 200 miles and three hours away from where I live. The salesman was aware of this, we spoke multiple times over the course of the day and agree that I could come with an arrival time at about 5 PM to buy the car. On arrival, I was made aware that the car had a flat tire and that there was nobody there in the shop that could change it out for me so I would not be able to drive the car home. Additionally the car was nearly out of gas with 9 miles of range left on the tank, also the car had not been detailed on the outside yet. It was abundantly clear that they had just told me what I wanted to hear so they could get me into the dealership so that they can have me sign and take my money. I really do not believe they had any intention of me taking that car home that day, as was our understanding. They told me that they would be able to deliver the car free of charge in the next day or two (mon-wed). In the coming days I was told Wednesday would be the latest and then it was Saturday would be the latest and then finally it was Monday would be the latest. During this whole time, I never received an apology for the delays until I voiced my displeasure with how I was being treated. When I finally received the car 8 days after purchase (already paying insurance) the car was completely out of gas and had less than 0 miles of range, the only thing that came up was “- - -“. I was legitimately concerned that I would not make it to the gas station. Additionally, the car exterior had still not been detailed. Over the coming days I spoke with 3 different managers (unsure of first, Gage then Dustin) at the dealership regarding how poor my experience was and all 3 told me they would see what they can do and get back to me but I never heard back from any of them. I understand things happen, mix ups happen but I expect to be take care of when they are that egregious. The car I bought was $37,000 and I paid extra for an extended warranty. I received no discounted price after the issues, no additional value (floor mats, ceramic coat, additional key etc) no reimbursement for insurance or gas. The only reason I didn’t walk out of the dealership when I was told about the tire was because the car was relatively rare and hard to find elsewhere. As it sits I would recommend against buying a car from this dealership, they clearly don’t care about their customers. More

Arrived at 10:30 am and did not get finished until 3:45! I understand they were busy, and short 2 managers (I was told), but there was no reason to keep telling me “…things are moving along…..” or ….“ just I understand they were busy, and short 2 managers (I was told), but there was no reason to keep telling me “…things are moving along…..” or ….“ just a few more minutes….” or ……everyone came in at the same time…” or “…….someone will be with you shortly….”. In the meantime, many employees were scarfing down pizza, laughing, and generally having a good time. This demonstrates extremely poor management. You need to utilize your employees to improve customer service. Buying a car can be stressful anyway, no need to add to it. So happy I don’t have to do it again for many years! More
