I'm 40 and had never set foot in a dealership because of the car salesman stereotypes. I wanted my first new car buy to be easy and pleasant, especially when I'm gonna see that car and think of it every da the car salesman stereotypes. Most other dealers sent me chatbot texts to qualify in their CRM to see if I was worth throwing a human at. Most other dealers called 3+ times a day for a week, even after I said I wanted to work through writing. With Brum, I negotiated over text and had an agreed number before I walked in. I asked every dealer in the valley for their best and final. Brum was one of the first to get me a quote and didn't mess around or play games or try to call me 20 times a day or ask for other quotes to match. The quote I got was one of the only professionally presented and also ended up being lowest. He is straight to the point and it is refreshing. He does what he says and if he doesn't know something he won't pretend or lie to your face. More
