We found exactly what we were looking for and John Gough was wonderful to work with. However, we are very disappointed with the dealership follow up after the sale. Ours was a cash deal, no financing involved. We bought an extended warranty and were misinformed about the coverage it provides. Also reported a wiper issue found on the way home which they said would be taken care of. After a few phone calls, it’s two weeks later and we still have no follow up from the dealership. From the moment we got to the Jeep dealership she was attentive and prepared to work with us to get the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee for our family. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, funny and charming. She made the entire experience run as smoothly as possible, eliminating any unnecessary extra stress. I have already recommended working with Kelly to both family and friends because she’s the best. When Kelly was busy with other customers (she had many) John was immediately there to step in and offer his assistance. He too was kind and knowledgeable and made the process pleasant as well.
