I had a cracked windshield and contacted my insurance company for an OEM replacement. Porsche Silver Spring was able to accommodate me quickly to have it replaced. Though loaner vehicles are in short sup company for an OEM replacement. Porsche Silver Spring was able to accommodate me quickly to have it replaced. Though loaner vehicles are in short supply these days, the team was able to accommodate me quickly which I was thankful for! Careful to not come across like a dealer trying to sell me something, their careful eyes also caught that my brake pads and rotors were running low and offered to send me a video (which I gladly obliged) and sure enough, I was down to 2mm worth of pad material! I'm thankful that Porsche Silver Spring has my safety in mind as I would have never caught it. On my 4th Porsche (2 Cayennes & and 2 911's), Linda (service manager) and Marques (technician) has always taken care of me. I wish I had more stars to give but they're all working at Porsche Silver Spring. More
