Our service rep, Bruce H. Is the BEST! Prompt, courteous, trustworthy! Keeps us regularly posted on the status of our car! We drive from the San Fernando Valley to El Monte because of Bruce and his team! We've been happy clients at Lingo for over 20 years for car purchases and service to our vehicles!
This time we waited in the waiting room. It is clean, all employees are friendly and courteous. We enjoy the Starbucks, Subway, use of computers and other services. For longer services, they will offer us a rental car or shuttle. The shuttle drivers are friendly and careful drivers. Shuttle is always on time.
Thank you Bruce H. & your excellent team. See you next year with our other cars!
