I had very good deal that I had signed. I was happy until I pointed out a mistake that my SALES MAN MADE, on the original deal. ( THAT WAS SIGNED AND ACCEPTED). The mistake ended up jacki I was happy until I pointed out a mistake that my SALES MAN MADE, on the original deal. ( THAT WAS SIGNED AND ACCEPTED). The mistake ended up jacking up the price over 2,000 on my end. I then went to walk, but I let them sell me the car anyway. (THATS ON ME). So I ended up getting a deal you can get at any Ford dealer. The dealer was clean staff was great. I'm hoping that mistake was an honest mistake, but I can't help but feel burned a little. Carole Knudsen Mt Greenwood IL More

An overall very good experience. Found the truck we wanted after driving 2 F-150 XLT’s. Store itself was in full construction process so it was a bit rough and temporary, but did not deter us. Salesman Kyle did great job of explaining the features, and helping pick the best truck for my budget and wants. The Sales Managers who did appraisal of my BMW X5 and put the purchase deal figures together were fair and approachable. Met the dealership owner and he was approachable and reasonable. Barb got us in and out for the purchase, registration and related paperwork. Celebration of the purchase was off the charts fun! I will refer friends and family to Kyle at Ford of Homewood. More
