While looking for a new car I visited multiple Ford dealerships and the minute I step in at Five Stars Ford at Richland I saw a place full of energy, a lot of people smiling and I got a very good feeli dealerships and the minute I step in at Five Stars Ford at Richland I saw a place full of energy, a lot of people smiling and I got a very good feeling and I wasn't wrong. Bruce Eversole took care of me and guided me thru the whole process giving me recommendations, clarifying doubts and giving me an amazing service. He was so professional and respectful I never felt pushed or feel like another number(revenue). He delivered the car on time with all specifications and I got a very fair price for the car I traded. Regarding Bruce, he is so great, after my car got delivered he was following up to check how are things going and when I got an electronic issue he was concern and helped me to get the issue fixed. Regarding Five Stars Ford at Richland, everybody from the receptionist to the finance person, managers made me feel at home. My name is Johnna Bouldin an on Saturday 7/15 was not the day I planned on buying a car but your team made it happen for me. I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't day I planned on buying a car but your team made it happen for me. I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't realize he was not there. Bruce went ahead and sent me the link for the credit app so I went ahead and filled it out. Bruce reached out to Bobbie Bell to assist me. Not 10mins after submitting the credit app at home Bobbie was calling me. I had already found the Chevy Trax. I told Bobbie I could be there Monday but I instead decided to yesterday. I live in Decatur so I live 45mins away. About 10mins of arriving Bobbie called me and I was like I'm 10mins out and he said well I was just going to let you know you're already approved for the car. That was the best news ever. Your team is by far the best and made the car buying experience smooth yesterday. I want to also thank MM Ross your financial officer that made it happen under the circumstances that was presented to them.
