I love this place! They treat you with respect and go the extra distance to ensure that you feel valued as a Customer. Often people in the car sales and service business seem to look at customers as a “sheep ready to be fleeced”, but this group obviously goes to great lengths to be different, to be your friend in the business, making certain that you understand all aspects of the process and what services are required, explaining cause and effect and viable options. Went in for a complimentary oil change and a flat tire that needed looked at for possible repair. They were unbelievably quick, oil changed, cabin filter and fixed the flat tire in 23 minutes! Also had a great selection of snacks and drinks while I waited, far better than any dealer I’ve ever been to. More

The dealership was vary help and friendly. My car broke down and when I arrived at dealership they had me on my way in 10min. In a loaner car. My car did not have appointment but was looked at the next day down and when I arrived at dealership they had me on my way in 10min. In a loaner car. Too long Please start taking appointments for oil changes. Over 2 hours for an “express oil change” is too long with a 4 year old. I do appreciate the dry eras Please start taking appointments for oil changes. Over 2 hours for an “express oil change” is too long with a 4 year old. I do appreciate the dry erase boards my son loves drawing while waiting. One other minor issue is that my seat and all of the minors were completely moved way beyond what they should have. I get adjusting the mirrors to properly see and would prefer they do so I don’t have damage to my vehicle but this was beyond that. Not a major issue more of an annoyance. More
