Brooklyn Graham

I would give Brooklyn more than 5 stars - she was so patient and very understanding with what I was looking for; as was Steve in my financing needs. I also do not ever remember a Managing Partner ever c patient and very understanding with what I was looking for; as was Steve in my financing needs. I also do not ever remember a Managing Partner ever coming out to make sure I was taken care of after purchasing a vehicle; Jarrod coming out to make sure I received everything he expected from his Team was the icing on the cake. This company has it set up perfectly! Nice to see now-a-days for sure; so many customer service departments have fallen down. No one rushed me to make a decision. They allowed my grandchildren to roam the showroom while I bought my "Army Bu" Wilderness. I will send everyone I know there. More

We had verbally committed to a pre-owned forester with another dealer (they weren’t open at the time) but in talking with Brooke, she answered our questions and was so informed and confident we changed our thought process to looking at a new forester.
