Brooke was stellar from the time I walked into my oil change appointment. She was very friendly and confirmed my services. After the inspection she came over to go over the list of items to fix on the ve change appointment. She was very friendly and confirmed my services. After the inspection she came over to go over the list of items to fix on the vehicle in great detail. She made sure I was satisfied and helped me set my next appointment to fix some things on my Infiniti. My second experience at this dealership another 10/10 visit. More

The service took to long and we had to return several times to have our recently purchased car repaired. We purchased a CPO which we were told, believed, and given documentations that showed our car was times to have our recently purchased car repaired. We purchased a CPO which we were told, believed, and given documentations that showed our car was thoroughly inspected. A month later it was in the service department for repairs. Major repairs, which took three weeks before my car was returned. Then two days later another problem came up and the car was parked for two weeks until the shop had an opening for the repair. It's disappointing that the CPO car that we purchased wasn't thoroughly inspected as stated. We asked for help from the salesman that sold us the car. He was more defensive than helpful. We had to get the service manager involved, even through he wasn't aware of our problem, he did what he could to help. More
