Brooke was an excellent salesperson, knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles and options. She kept me informed of status of vehicle delivery. Once vehicle arrived she spent time making sure I under every aspect of the vehicles and options. She kept me informed of status of vehicle delivery. Once vehicle arrived she spent time making sure I understood how to use all of the technology in the vehicle and followed up in a few days to check on how I was enjoying my new Lexus and sent additional tutorials on how to use all of the features. Both Brook and Merrell were very friendly and did not pressure us to make a purchase decision. Brook gave us a thorough explanation of the many features on the vehicle before we drove it off the lot.
