My wife wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so we found one that she likes and we actually talked to the GM Amy Edwards who set us up the the salesman Sachar who did a wonderful job. Nathan, greeted us when asked him if he would show us a truck we were interested in. He was very polite and professional as we're the other people at the dealership. The salesman Nathan was easy to work with. The Manager Brooke called me to see what they could do for us to purchase the vehicle. Once the conversation was done, she said she would call back shortly but that never happened. Called back several days later to basically get the same thing. But this time saying she would call back within 5 minutes and 1/2 hour later still no return call. Thank goodness they were not depending on her to sell a car. More
