I made the decision to support the local dealership rather than the out of town dealerships that were vying for my business. That was a mistake, I stated the front and rear brakes needed replaced, when rather than the out of town dealerships that were vying for my business. That was a mistake, I stated the front and rear brakes needed replaced, when I came to pick up my vehicle, the back was done and the front was borderline so wasn’t replaced. So rather than take the customers safety first, they decided to save a little money and pass it through their inspection as is. If you choose to buy a used vehicle from Dellen, do yourself a huge favor and take it to a independent service shop to get the real status of questionable parts. After ruining the excitement of my new purchase I won’t refer this dealership to anybody I know. Very disappointed, More
