I was very pleased with the work performed. I was disappointed however that my car was not washed before being returned to me and also had finger prints and marks on the windows on the interior I was disappointed however that my car was not washed before being returned to me and also had finger prints and marks on the windows on the interior driver side and passenger side that weren’t there before. This is in addition to BMW breaking my lock actuator which cost me an additional $755. I was offered a 10% discount on the overall price but this only knocked off $354.
