I wont waste my time calling because it wont do any good, obviously is they cared about doing anything for their customers i wouldnt be leaving this. I called 12/31 and scheduled an appt for the 20k mile pm, recall fix and look into a transmission issue. I asked for a vehichle to use while they had it as last time i got the oil changed we were there for hours so i did not want to wait with 2 kids this time. I couldnt believe to begin with for warranty work they wouldnt provide a vehichle, at least bob allen did that when i drove ram. Jack kain wanted 38 dollars a day to use a vehichle while they were having to keep ours. Whatever thats fine so i schedule the appt for today at 11. My wife had to go without me but when she went they told her they didnt have any vehichles available. How can you schedule me a service and tell me ill have rental to use then when you get there have nothing? Thats ridiculous and a waste of time and now we have to try and reschedule before our service goes past due. We will definitely be going somewhere else though. They didnt seem to care, didnt want to do anything about it other than offer to schedule. No i am not rescheduling to possibly have the same outcome. I will never be using jack kain ford again to purchase a vehichle, have a service, or anything else. More
