This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payment ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payments. When trying to ask more details I was brushed off. Questions ignored. I signed all the paperwork and was told that I would receive a copy via email. Then was sent home without knowing who my loan was through and how much everything came out to. I received a call the following Friday and reminded them that my contract was not sent, and was told that the servicer in finance would reach out. Another few days go by and I am receiving letters in the mail from the banks with a finance amount that wasn’t discussed during the sell. So I called Honda to get clarification around 8am, I was transferred to finance 3 times, and kept getting the answer machine. The final time I was told that they would leave a message for me to get a call back. No call back… so I called back around 4:30 pm then spoke with another person that walked down to finance so my call could be returned. I then get a call from the financial servicer (Vilay) later and he basically tells me that the trade in value, that Honda paid for my car, was added to my new loan. When I told him that didn’t make sense he repeated “ the car was paid off by them and then I had to pay them back” WHAT?! I got off the call with him immediately then called back to speak to customer service, he was more knowledgeable about the trade than the guy in finance.He then spoke to his manager, who walked down to finance to clarify. She called back in a timely manner and told me that more than 10,000 extra was from add ons that I signed paperwork for. Lesson learned ask about all add ons, because I was not made aware of any of these extra charges until today ( 11 days later). The only extra payment that was mentioned was gap insurance. Ok lesson learned, read through every document completely before signing. At this point I still don’t have any paperwork/ contracts. I don’t recommend Findlay Honda Henderson to anyone. I feel as though I was scammed. They are taking advantage of people and don’t not care about their customers. More
