What impressed us most was his friendliness and professionalism which gave us complete confidence in the process. Unlike many salespeople we have dealt with in the past, Dakota never pressured us or tried to upsell something we didn’t need or want. Instead, he focused on helping us find the right car, and he explained every feature and option in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism, knowledge, and approachable personality made the entire experience not only smooth but actually enjoyable. Additionally, we appreciate the flexibility of the dealership to allow us to take vehicles home for extended test rides to allow us the time to be sure we were comfortable with the vehicle’s features, ride and appearance. Our discussions with the credit and warranty managers to review extended warrantees and component insurance policies was professional and provided us with opportunity to select what was important to us and within our budget. After the sale, Dakota provided us the opportunity to work with Aslam Moselhy, Technical Specialist to explain the Lexus App and Apple CarPlay operational characteristics which provide a thorough understanding of the operational characteristics. That kind of customer service is rare, and it shows that the entire sales staff and dealership truly values long-term relationships over just making a quick sale. I would absolutely recommend Dakota Grishom to anyone in the market for a new car, and I plan to come back to him for my future purchases. Dakota Grishom was awesome! He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Even though two of the cars I had originally picked were sold just minutes before I could do anyt He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Even though two of the cars I had originally picked were sold just minutes before I could do anything (talk about bad timing!), he stayed positive and made the whole experience as smooth and painless as possible. Despite the initial disappointment, he turned it into something that felt special—like I wasn’t losing out on two cars, but actually getting the one that was meant for me. And honestly, I was shocked to find out he’s new to car sales! He’s so natural at it, it feels like he’s been doing this all his life. I’m so glad he was our sales agent. My overall experience with Mungenast was exceptional. I think the company did a great job hiring the right people, because everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been super helpful!
