I guess I was just lucky that Mike (Medlin) answered the phone when I called to inquire about a certified ES 300h. I got complete info on the vehicle quickly. My parents have used Nate for 3 car purchases prior to mine. My mom actually ended up getting a new one while car shopping with me.
