The service was rated not important because I live in Seattle, however our kids purchased a 2024 Telluride from you and they were very pleased with their transaction and dealership. I purchased a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. My sales specialist, Tiffany, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very patient with me even though her workload was heavy. Please make the effort to pass on my appreciation to her and give her some sort of accolade she can hang in her cubicle. Brian, in finance, was great. He covered everything, and like Tiffany, was patient and never pushy. He and Tiffany both are effective listeners. It was the best experience I'd had in a finance office. Please include Brian in your demonstration of appreciation. Thanks everyone. More
