Jeffrey, when you were at the dealership on Saturday a second technician drove the car and agreed with the first technician that there was a slight, high speed vibration likely caused by a wheel imbalance. We offered to refund your money and you declined. We discounted the vehicle by $500 for this and you accepted. You signed a document stating as such so it’s as simple as that. No one here experienced a vibration when applying the brakes (multiple people drove the vehicle) and you have yet to have it inspected by your local Land Rover dealership. We have many extremely happy customers in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Clearly you aren’t happy with the decisions you made during this process but please don’t lie about us or what happened in your review.
