Not a big fan of service here. Why does my driver seat need to be moved ? I set them to my needs and this car doesn’t have memory seats. I also asked service based on what my salesman said at time of purchase to put on wheel locks. I purchased at parts dept here. When I called service they said it will cost me 65 dollars to put them on. That’s great to take advantage of a customer who purchased a new car and even his own wheel locks. I went to a different Toyota near me and they did it for free! Way to go prestige! More

If I can give Tae Kwon -5 stars I would. He needs to learn how to speak to customers properly. He is rude and contra sending. Michael and Brian are class acts! Had an issue with asking the team to put wheel locks I purchased on. That seemed to be a big project for Prestige. I bought a 50k car and putting wheel locks that I bought at parts dept seemed like a big ordeal for everyone to accommodate. More
