Brought my car in for service and decided to by another I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as well. During the service on my ES there were a few issues found and I decided to trade mine in instead of repairing my beloved ES. I now have purchased a used '08 LS 460 with very low mileage. I have always dealt with two individuals. On the sales side, I deal with Robert Lamarr. Robert has always stayed in good contact with me and always welcomes my family and myself when we come in for our weekly car wash. I did not hesitate in using Robert again for this purchase. He is very pleasant to deal with. The second person I always deal with is on the service side. This is Brian Toker. Brian treats his customers like they are family. I will say it is mostly due to the service provided by Brian that keeps me coming back. His service is the only reason we moved our service from Toyota to Lexus for our Avalon. It is always a wonderful experience at the dealership. It is a comfortable place with very friendly people that make you feel welcome (even during the negotiation process). More

Another Happy Customer I loved my 12 year old Lexus ES330. It was pin excellent shape and I intended to keep it another three years. I had my car in for service on a Frida I loved my 12 year old Lexus ES330. It was pin excellent shape and I intended to keep it another three years. I had my car in for service on a Friday afternoon and picked it up late that afternoon. The next noon I drove my car fifty miles up the interstate and noted that the "check engine" light had come on. Later that afternoon I returned to the service department but it had already closed. Concerned about what wax causing the warning light, I wanted to leave the car there to be looked at on Monday morning. I walked into the sales department and was met by my "Angel" (Nicole DeVos) who listened to my problem and took me to her sales manager who immediately told her to provide me with a loaner car and that she would explain the problem to Brian Toker on Monday morning. Brian had the service people look at it first thing Monday morning. After lunch he called me to let me know that it was only a gas cap leak and they replace it free of charge. I really appreciated the manner by which Brian handled my problem. I brought my loaner car back and went home.. Meanwhile my wife had fallen in love with the loaner over the weekend and continued to push me to come back to the dealership and "make a deal". Finally on Friday I called Nicole to make an appointment for Saturday. I had "no intention" to trade my car that I liked so much. I will say that Nicole was not pushy but somehow she was inching me closer to sign on the dotted line. I was impressed with the entire sales organization but most of all by Nicole. Had she and Brian not treated me so well the previous weekend, I would still be driving my old car. I love my "new" ES350. More

Later in the day Brian advised me that we were in need on new tires and that we could keep the loaner car until the next day as our car would not be ready as scheduled. Brian always contacts me when my car is ready or is in need of unscheduled maintenance that presents itself during routine maintenance. He communicated a new ready time and called me when my vehicle was ready. I have been dealing with Brian for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience when dealing with him. He is very polite and professional. He is a positive representation of Lexus of Melbourne and I look forward to many more years of being his customer. More

Top Notch Service Brian got my car out ahead of the target time. I had a problem the next day (Saturday, 5 PM) The Sales Department (Nicole DeVos) was a big help to Brian got my car out ahead of the target time. I had a problem the next day (Saturday, 5 PM) The Sales Department (Nicole DeVos) was a big help to me - accepting my car to be looked at first thing Monday morning AND provided me a GREAT loaner car which I really enjoyed. My wife is now pushing me to buy it. Brian took over on Monday morning and had the mechanic look at it right away. It turn out to be a NEW problem ( gas tank cap) which they took car of and had the car back to me that afternoon. Brain and Nicole could not have been nicer. I'll be back. THANKS More
