When you go to the Finance Manager's Office ask to tape the process or have a witness. You are not required to pay for a trade-in inspection or 'document fee' to buy a car. Do your home work and determine how much you will pay. You will be presented with the 'doc fee' and possibly other charges you do not have to pay. Do not buy an 'extended warranty' on a new car. It usually works with the factory warranty and has a hefty deductible. These guys may work you with multiple people so beware. Do not be afraid to get up and walk out the Finance Office. Do not buy anything other than a car from these guys! Always shop other Dealers before you buy from this Dealership. Never accept their first APR for financing. As Long as they have Brian Thompson for a GM, they will have dissatisfied customers. More
