After weeks of back and forth, we finally agreed on terms for a used vehicle and left with the car. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional, especially when he said, “I knew you people would not pay,” which came across as a clear prejudice remark. I’ve never encountered a dealership or a manager that made the car buying process so unpleasant, both during and after the purchase. This experience was an absolute nightmare. Take your business elsewhere! More
