They exceeded my expectations around expertise, financing, and taking time to familarize me with my purch Had a great experience with this dealership. They exceeded my expectations around expertise, financing, and taking time to familarize me with my purchase. My sales representative went through the features I wanted and picked vehicles that could be driven. We explored options around several vehicles that I had considered and the specific features (safety I was particularly interested in) they offered. When a vehicle was decided on, we went through different financing options and made a deal that worked for all parties. Would highly reccomend this dealership and look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

What an excellent dealer! I was in and out fairly quickly. Don, My sales rep, was quick & efficient. Brian made sure to go over the vehicle & its features, especially the safety items. Heather in the quickly. Don, My sales rep, was quick & efficient. Brian made sure to go over the vehicle & its features, especially the safety items. Heather in the finance department made sure to get me out as quick as possible. She also made sure to go over some added protection plans of which there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I would not recommend Del Toyota to anyone who wishes to be treated with an ounce of decency after a sale. Once they have your money, they are on to the next person’s wallet. We were very happy with the purchase of our 2018 Honda Civic from the dealership. It was the exact car my son wanted and worked for. We had a great sales person, Amr. We left with the car and all was well. The very first time I drove the car (aside from the trip home), I was in traffic and the entire back spoiler came off. The car had less than 100 miles on it since we left the dealer, and we are over an hour away in Delaware. No one was hurt, but I was mortified and immediately called Amr. I was put in touch with Jack Fitzpatrick, one of the care specialists. He and I talked back and forth over email and phone for about a week. I was assured they would help me replace or repair the part in some fashion. I got several repair shops to look at the car and all of them agreed the part was installed correctly and not bolted on properly. I got the necessary paperwork to move forward to fix the part. Jack even went so far as to say he would try finding parts at Honda or having another dealership look for the part. He was a very kind man. Here stopped the helpfulness. Dominic Saia, who takes over the entire situation from Jack at this point, and calls me. I believe he is the service manager and customer care relations. He said they will NOT help me, the car is my problem and I need to go through insurance. I asked why they are changing their stance on helping me, and he stated Jack was not able to make the decision, even though that’s who was told was going to help me when the issue first occurred. He said he “mulled it over and we are not helping you”. He then proceeded to doubt my story, without coming directly out and stating it. I have the witness who helped me pick up the pieces of the part in traffic who saw it fly off the car firsthand. Mr. Saia insisted it had to have been “another force” that caused the damage and since we already took the car home, it was now our problem. Piss poor customer service after the sale. I wasn’t expecting a windfall or total commitment to replacing the part without taking some of the financial brunt, but stand by your cars and the parts of them you sell to people. I could have hurt someone if that piece of the car hit another car. Mr. Saia is a rude, nasty man, with no compassion past his bottom line. I am Disgusted with Del Toyota’s treatment after we were treated so kindly at the sale. A ruse. More
