My husband proved the diagnosis was wrong with a wiring diagram in hand and all Brian could say was “I find that hard to believe”. I also called to speak to the service manager after this encounter and he diagram in hand and all Brian could say was “I find that hard to believe”. I was charged almost $300 for diagnostic, and quoted $2600 to fix my starting problem ans a dragging brake issue. I picked it up and took it to a small shop and the total repair for both issues was $150 $2600 to fix my starting problem ans a dragging brake issue. I will never be back, and will tell everyone what a ripoff Auto Star Chrysler is. More

This is our 3rd Jeep purchased from the Waynesville location. We had a positive experience with a couple hiccups. 1. Our car ins wasnt moved over. 2. Evans completely ghosted us after we purchased the vehicle. He had a number of opportunities to speak to us and completely ignored us, like we weren't there. Perhaps he doesnt understand that we will be returning for our next vehicle, but not from him. There needs to be follow thru and politeness from him to people that purchase a vehicle from him. More
