First and foremost, I believe that Arrigo does not care about the customer in the service department. I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude that a headlight bulb went out. I called them on the phone a about the customer in the service department. I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude that a headlight bulb went out. I called them on the phone and asked for a quote to replace it. The quote was for $250 dollars. I made an appointment and waited all day for them to tell me it would cost $1200 because the light bulb was $700, and the front bumper had to come off to replace said light bulb. I denied the job and still had to pay a diagnostic fee. When I finally spoke to the service manager his attitude couldn't have been less caring. I asked why I had to pay for a diagnostic fee if you knew the light bulb was blown. His response was how would they know if it was a light bulb, it could have been the ballast or the bulb, which the ballast would be more expensive. So then why wouldn't someone just tell me right away it is an expensive job ranging from $1200 for just the bulb to over $1500 for the ballast. Because if that was the case, I would have never stepped foot into the service area at all. So down $250 I looked on YouTube thoroughly to see if I found a way to do it myself. Lo and behold I found a video. I removed the light bulb without removing the bumper. Took the bulb to the auto store and bought the same exact bulb for $145 dollars. Went home and installed it myself and it works just fine. So why would the dealership quote $700 dollars for a bulb and $400 for labor, and it cost me a significant amount less with some elbow grease to do it myself. That is the definition of screwing over the customer. I asked for a refund of my $250 and they basically said no. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE. More

I purchased my third vehicle from this dealer, in less than a week after this purchase the car breakdown on me I called the service department for assistance, I was told someone will give a call back to h than a week after this purchase the car breakdown on me I called the service department for assistance, I was told someone will give a call back to help solve the issue that was a lie, I contacted my salesman CJ for assistance he stated due to the fact that I didn’t purchased an extended warranty whatever happened I’m on my own. I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way regardless I’m a long term customer or not, my case shouldn’t be addressed so poorly more consideration should be given, I’m so embarrassed I have been mocked by my friends whom I advised to consider this dealership for his next purchase. Worst service department in WPB. On 5/13/23 I took my Challenger to get serviced at Arrigo WPB. I took a video of the vehicle before it was taken into the service building, and Ant On 5/13/23 I took my Challenger to get serviced at Arrigo WPB. I took a video of the vehicle before it was taken into the service building, and Anthony Salvatierra (service agent) took one as well. Once the vehicle came back from the service building, I looked around the car and noticed two scratches on the lip of the front driver rim. I informed Anthony Salvatierra right away, and he noticed that the tire was also slashed. I showed him the video I took before the vehicle was taken in for service to prove it wasn’t like that before they took the car in. Anthony Salvatierra was then very skeptic and acting as if I was crazy by stating the fact that my vehicle was damaged by the service department. The person that worked on the vehicle was called to come look at the damage, and first thing out his mouth is "I hope I didn't scratch your car." Then the agent informed me that his manager will reach out on Monday. No calls on Monday, but I was not surprised. I called and was told they will send the manager an alert as he wasn’t available. Waited Tuesday till I just went there in the evening. Spoke with the manager, and he had all types of excuses as to why they didn't reach out. Went there to get it fixed today as agreed with the manager and was called an xxxxxxx by this weird childish guy they have working there doing I don’t know what, guess they didn't like the fact that I had a video of the car right before they took it in for service. Now they seem surprised I don't want them to fix anything at their place, and seem to be unwilling to pay to cover the cost to fix what they damaged. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. More
