I bought my car in November an my trani blew 1 month after an now I’m stuck with no veichle while my transmission is on 6 month back order… best part I have warranty an they’re paying for it to be fixed after an now I’m stuck with no veichle while my transmission is on 6 month back order… best part I have warranty an they’re paying for it to be fixed but refuse to put me in a rental only want to reimburse 175 out of 3873.00$ . I don’t no recommend going here. Thankfully I found a lawyer to sue & go for lemon law but it’s not helping me now More

Repeat customer who has spent a lot of money over the years at Empire Ford service Dept. I have always had great service prior to my visit on 6-10-23. Scheduled appt for “the works package” and new cab years at Empire Ford service Dept. I have always had great service prior to my visit on 6-10-23. Scheduled appt for “the works package” and new cabin filter replacement. The tire rotation was not done and and I had no washer fluid and not even a little was replaced. Makes me question if any of the other things were checked re “the works package”. I did advise Service Advisor Brian Santos of my disappointment and he was apologetic and did the best he could in regards to making it right ie, gift card to come back and get tires rotated for the inconvenience as I reside 32 min away. Brian indicated he would speak to the technician again. All I ask is it is used as a teachable moment and for the technician to work on it like it was his own vehicle. Again, Brian was great to deal with but sadly this is the the first time I felt disappointed on the service of my vehicle. I am willing to return due to Brian being sincere and apologetic. He also indicated he will personally check the vehicle after service before handing the keys back to me. More
