My truck is in the shop being repaired so between my son and daughter we were able to use their cars this week as we looked for a decent priced car. I tried Hyundai Nissan Ford Chevrolet and Mitsubishi. I came close to buying the Nissan and thought we would check out Kia first before signing the paperwork? I was so impressed with Carriage Kia of Woodstock. Our salesman Brian Sanchez was awesome. He listened to what my needs were and what my budget was. We drove the car and fell in love with it. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted it. We did have to finance which was a breeze thanks to Charles in the finance department. They gave us a wonderful tour of the dealership. The service department is amazing and the customer lounge is top-notch. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. If you are looking for a decent priced car that’s comfortable and fun to drive give my new friend Brian Sanchez a call. I highly recommend him and the dealership More

WORST dealership I have ever set foot inside, they will belittle you.I informed them at the time of the appointment I was not making any decisions today, especially without my fiancé. “Ryan” the sales mana belittle you.I informed them at the time of the appointment I was not making any decisions today, especially without my fiancé. “Ryan” the sales manager came over to try and push me into making a decision today, mind you the dealership was closing. He was EXTREMELY pushy, wanted me to fill out a credit application and wouldn’t take no for an answer. When I told him I needed my fiancé to be here before I make a big purchase he said “well I have noticed you have been on the phone when we walk away, so your talking to him, why does he need to be here?”. I was very UNCOMFORTABLE and felt like I was being pushed into a decision. On the way out the door we continued to discuss my trade in value. Ryan told me that if I put a thousand dollars down, they would increase my trade value and “Eat the difference between the trade in and what we originally offered you”. I made a verbal appointment to return the following day.I reached out to the sales rep on Sunday to see if the car was still available. He said it was so I made an appointment to come in to the showroom on Monday. I told the rep that I could not get there until 6pm multiple times and was very informed that I wanted that specific Sorento in that trim package/color. There was only one vehicle at this time that I was looking for. They did try to sell me on the demo that their “sales manager” had been driving. It had over 450 miles on it and someones dry cleaning was in it when I took it for a test drive. It seems to me someone made it their daily driver and continued to try to sell it. (UNPROFESSIONAL) While I was on my way to the appointment on Monday I got a text from the sales rep and was told someone is currently looking at it. I informed him that I can not leave work earlier but I still expect to be there at 6. At 5:48 I was told that the customer drove it home to show his wife and he thinks its a sold deal but they still have the demo. I told him I was not interested in a demo that has 450 miles on it compared to the other one that had 17. I was given a call Tuesday morning and told that deal fell through and they would “put my car to the side for me”. We come to the dealership on Tuesday and start going through on the paperwork. The whole time we are there no one gets us updated number breakdowns including the increase we discussed this past Monday. The sales rep verbally agrees and says they will get it adjusted. We go through the hassle of adding the car to our insurance, running my debit card for the $1,000 downpayment. I am told there is a $20 difference between my pay off and what they are offering me.Get all the way to the loan process, credit has been ran and they do not have the correct numbers in the loan officers office. This is well past closing time, we’ve been here several hours and this is our 3rd trip here. The sales manager tries to tell me they are “eating the $500-800 difference in my trade”, but when we do the math they are only “eating” $80. Essentially my $1,000 that I thought was going to be a down payment was actually to pay off my existing loan and I would have nothing down on my new loan. They try to wheasly explain the way they made the mistake in the price of the car but we never discussed the window price. It was a new car and we made NO changes to the window price. Now they are saying we are getting a discount on the sticker price of the car instead of a loan payoff increase. There is a ton of miscommunication within this dealership and the Ryan sales manager is not here. They said they would work it out in the morning and give us a call, so now I would need to make a FOURTH trip to the dealership. The sales manager that was there, who was not up to speed with anything, is trying to give me free rubber mats to pursued me into signing this deal. The sales manager said I would get 2 free oil changes but Ryan said 3 that original Monday. This dealership has no clue what is happening within. This behavior I had to encounter was unprofessional and embarrassing for them as a company. More
